A TRIBUTE TO THE HERO ABBA MUSA IDRIS BY: Abba Musa Ibrahim

The long-awaited day has ultimately arrived of the wedding of a boon companion, Abdurabbahi. He has been a confidant for almost a decade met in the journey of English language circa 2012.

He is any positive adjective that crosses your mind. Abdurabbihi and I have been in the journey of English, teaching English language to the piles up students  free of charge as a part of our contribution to the betterment of society. We have students across disciplines—postgraduates, graduates, NCE and Diploma holders. Equally, there are university and college lecturers. Flatly, this is a great attainment and one of the benefactions we render. Abdurabbihi is a zealous and enthusiastic leaner, teacher and researcher. He is shiny star that lightens the darkling path to the students and appreciate him magnanimously.

A role model turns up he, where teeming learners gulp from his endless reservoir of knowledge to reach a promised land. He is a ladder to the plethora of learners. A multilingual he is, which makes him to stand out among his contemporaries, what a blessing! Jammaje, the second he’s nicknamed. Like William Kremer of BBC he sounds, for he is adroitly conquering the language. M. K Halliady, I see in him in grammatical prowess. Like Peter Roach his phonological deftness is. His poetic attainment is of that of Alfred Tynnyson, the bard. Can William Wordsworth’s anthology be compared to his? No, Abdurabbihi’s is more temperate. Antara bn Shadad his Arabic poetic versification resembles. Flatly, Abdurabbihi is a hero and unsurpassed.

His hard work, tenacity and perseverance all and sundry can ascertain that. He often burns the midnight oil devouring books which is a key to his success. To find a zealous student and teacher like him is like getting blood out of a stone. He eggs students on to marry books and seems triumphant.

A new page of life he has opened that everyone cherishes to sight. Getting married is a great attainment in life and he has notched up his. I must congratulate the bride for she is the one that triumphs in this journey.. Abdurabbahi is a rare gem that every lady will not dare to miss out as hubby being him erudite, responsible, easy-going and humble and SUPER RICH. He is not only educationist but also love therapist. Dear Abdurabbahi, love the bride like that of Barret Browning’s.

‘’I love thee with the breadth, smiles, tears of all my life And if God choose, I shall but love thee better after death’’
I’m absolutely doubtless you will unfailingly be April to Nusaiba not as Shakespeare opined that some men are December when they wed. Please, be her April in perpetuity.  Tarkington viewed ‘’ An Ideal wife is any woman who has an ideal husband’’ what a striking match!
Ultimately, I cast your mind back to the lines of Ogden Nash ‘’to keep your marriage brimming,  with love in the loving cup, whenever you’re wrong admit it; when never you are wright, shut up’’ I wish you a marital bliss and success in this boundless marital journey. May yours be among the best. Stay blessed Abdurabbhi and Nusaiba. Yours, Abba Musa Ibrahim.
