WE NEED YOUR REPLY NOW, WAR AGAINST INJUSTICE TELLS EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN PCACC

A non-governmental Organization, War Against Injustice sent a reminding letter to acting Executive Chairman of Kano State Public Complaint and Anti-Corruption Commission, Barr. Mahmoud Balarabe reminding him on their Complaint lodged before his commission on 26-01-2022.

The letter was signed by the Executive Director of the Organization, Comr. Umar Ibrahim Umar on Monday and sent it to the Commission. The letter has shown their very concern over the inaction by the Commission about their Complaint.

The letter was further stated that "

The letter was further stated that "We are very much regret that we have not receive any reply to our letter with above captioned.

We have failed to understand why you have not sent any reply in spite of the lapse of more than 8 months since we sent to you.

We will appreciate an immediate reply with status of our complaint and the reasons of taking this time without notice.

You will recall that the Organization was dragged the Comr. Ahmad Dauda Lawan Senior Special Adviser to the Kano State  Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and the Ministry of Works and infrastructural Development of Kano State over Conspiracy with Police of Hotoro area Command, ministry of works, Kano State Governor, and Speaker Kano State House of Assembly which lead the violation of the fundamental rights of its officials during their work, false arrest and denial their right to access public information as enshrined in the Freedom of Information Act, 2011.
